When I arrive, I will clean the bins that are out. The bins will be shiny and will smell great. The pricing is as follows: the first bin is $25, the second bin is an additional $25, and any additional bins after that will cost $5 each. For example, if you have three bins, the total will be $55. I also offer a subscription service where I will come twice a month to clean your bins for a total of $40 a month.

All of this depends on how often you are dumping your trash. Most people love it when I come twice a week; otherwise, the trash can overflows and causes maggots, but I have spray to keep them away!

No, you do not have to be there. I have done plenty of jobs where the homeowner wasn't present. I will take pictures and notify you of any damage to the house before I spray.
